Had a great time with this sound guy. Definitely safe and sane. He wiped the floor with me in my first attempt at an MMA style match and made me tap over and over. Was patient with my low fighting level and even taught me a few moves so I could do a bit more than be a punching bag. Very athletic, genuine, and easy to meet

Ironic that we met on bonfire night cause the fireworks were definitely going in this match! Matworkout looks even better in person and definitely has an intimidating presence with his piercing stare and big biceps!! Watching him flex at the start had me all kinds of worried!
