8/13/2025 2:14 AMI wear a college wrestling tee every day at the gym. Penn State, Lehigh, East Stroudsburg, Wisconsin, Minnesota.....and they create conversations for sure. Met a three time All-Anerican by wearing them. Have a lot of Penn State NCAA champions shirts. I agree they are great conversation starters.

Not sure if you are trolling. People should be allowed to wear what they want. This is an inclusive website in my opinion. Some of us are competitors and train, some do not. There are many people who don't compete for many different reasons. I think it would be wrong to judge in my opinion.

Have you ever gotten a wrestling match from wearing your wrestling T-shirts?
I thought about buying wrestling shoes and wearing them around to see what would happen. I see a guy at the gym wearing wrestling shoes when he is working out and I assume he is a wrestler, but maybe not. If he was old and somewhat out of shape, I would strike up a conversation with him, but he is just the opposite, young and in great shape.

My younger self was too timid to ask the guys who had wrestling tees on if I could wrestle them, even thoughI wanted to. I'm pretty sure I would strike up a conversation now and who knows what would happen. I do remember wearing my gay games tee and medal around Sydney and that did lead to many interesting times.

8/18/2025 2:22 PMI'm packing tonight for 4 weeks in Auckland which is much warmer. I have a draw full of wrestling tees from various clubs I've trained with and against. Decided I'll take a bunch to wear whilst I'm away. Thanks for the suggestion. Be proud of who I am is the Message I'm taking from this.
