I was a long time member of MF but had to drop out due to severe shoulder issues. I had major surgery on each and am now working out regularly again. I looking to get back into wrestling and have rejoined MF. While I am looking to wrestle competively as before, I need to be cautious not to damage my shoulders. As such, I strongly prefer someone who is lean like me and close to my weight and respects limits.
