I know this won’t be for everyone, but I am a huge fan of the stomach vacuum, you could even say obsessed. Even bigger fan of getting punched deep in my vacuum, although I do like mutual punching and receiving but nothing is set in stone. Abdominal muscle control is a big turn on just as much as abdominal strength for me. The deeper you push your fist the more awesome it feels! Don’t worry I can take it.
