Started gym workouts several years ago in my early 60s. Love to see my body composition change from fat to fitter and feel self getting more muscular. I also enjoy doing yoga exercises and stretching as well. Am interested in getting into martial arts, but haven’t tried. Recently I met several men on-line that enjoy wrestling and gut punching. I’m intrigued now! One of them told me about this meetfighters site. I look forward to be involved with this group.

I use cochlear implants for my deafness, to enable me to hear again. Awesome technology. I lip read and speak well. I’m somewhat fluent in sign language.
