Scour this website and look for veterans; the wrestlers who have done this for many years and met so many different opponents with different styles. You will encounter many approaches, but all will agree: you can read a wrestling instructional book or watch videos, but the best way to learn is trial and error. The more you wrestle, the more you lose, the longer you work at it……the better you’ll be. We were all like you: we all had our beginnings, we all lost, but the real veterans kept at it. Not only will you learn wrestling maneuvers and psychology, but the stories are helpful, as well. The old adage: “experience is the best teacher” certainly applies to wrestling. Good luck to you. 💪🏿

Hey guys,

Im really new to submission wrestling and just had my first mash and more or less just got owned over and over and over again lol. I’m wondering if there are any good resources online like YouTube channels or anything where you can just learn about all of the different holes and how to put someone in them and also how to get out of them.

Thanks!
