Would suggest trying brazilian jiu jitsu. It takes a long time to advance in BJJ but you will develop skills VERY quickly that will place you over the vast majority of opponents that do not train. The difference between somebody with 3 months of experience vs none is actually insane.
New to Manchester. I’ve had a few matches on here in the past, but mostly been light hearted rough housing and stuff with my jobbing (which I love). I’m pretty keen on trying to get better and make a conscious effort to take it in a more serious direction.
Does anyone have any advice how I could do it, or wouldn’t mind giving a hand?
