Looking for someone to meet up with in PHX for a lift and carry session. Down to trade lifts so long as we are close in weight range! My favorite lifts are the shoulder ride and the pony ride - but I would be more than happy do other styles as well!

You have to be the first person in (or outside) the L&C group to offer to give a lift, even if you do prefer to be the liftee.
