It did hurt, my back and my gut.

I have been laid over a chair onto my belly, and had the heel fire a bunch of hard forearm smashes to my back. Which forced my belly down into the chair.

Have laid over a chair onto my belly, and had the heel sitting on my back. That was heavy pressure.
