Well I'm in the second largest city in the U.S.. but it mostly depends on your goal and your efforts. I doubt if anyone here is seeking the perfect compatible wrestling rival full-time.

Speaking of which, is wresting their sole interests, or just a formality towards a more complex relationship?

Besides, you have to keep in mind it really depends on the number of active members in any given location. Some cities are a lot more active than others depending on culture, location, etc. Even more important (at least in my case), their sharing of likes and preferences.

With that in mind, finding a rival that fits both your description, your interests, and is reachable (immediate location), is a lot more difficult than it might appear on the surface.

Not to mention the most obvious obstacle of all: do they see you as being compatible with them?

After all, how man centurions, do you know that also have a 100% recommendation rate?

A big reason is the crap we take from other members...example "Flaming Tiger" sent me a challenge and I responded with "Thanks for reaching out but I'm not really into wrestling these days, prefer GP". He responded with " so you dont wrestle?" and I responded with "Pretty much just a GP guy". He asked what that was (he clearly never read my profile) and I told him "gut punching". His response "Oh lame". I asked what he meant and no response.
So yeah, that kind of crap doesn't help..

No response is sometimes a "polite" way of saying, you won't like the answer. Although some may not see it that way.

In any event, may I suggest you put you limitations in you profile so everyone can see it right up front. Something like: GPing ONLY!

Just a suggestion, but it might save a lot of drama that way.

Yes, finding guys who are into gp and who live within a reasonable distance is very difficult, which makes this fetish quite frustrating. I recently got a Grindr account where I offer to spank and flog guys, hoping I can parlay that into a little gutpunching. It has worked so far with one guy, who let me punch him a bit, but I could tell he wasn't really into it. I'm also on Recon and Fetlife, but there, guys seem mostly to TALK about getting together for various things, but never follow through. Long time no gutpunch without puncher

I almost asked two little guys at my gym – out of desperation – but chose not to. I was just too exhausted (and hungry) after my workout to get much entertainment out of it.

Is it people leaving and coming back under a different name?! Or do they just leave?

This website doesn't allow you to change your profile name because of date space or something. Everyone who leaves and returns, has to start again from scratch. That might be some of the reason. Also, there are a lot of flaky guys on the internet

Look for boxers. They'll gladly pummel you...at least for sports.

Beware connecting with the shadow bots. Most just come in to leave explicit comments then vanish. The other half are just plain old trolls.
