Empty stomach to take punches?

Let's go slowly. It's always better to have an empty stomach, and I'd even say an empty belly, meaning an empty intestine. Because once, when I wasn't very experienced, a guy punched me right in the stomach instead of punching me. I wasn't expecting it, and a few seconds later, while his fist was still in my stomach, I had to run to the bathroom because I had to go to the toilet.

Very unpleasant. Not something I'd ever chose under these circumstances.

I've never puked from gutpunching. I came close once wrestling a long distance runner after a big lunch. He laid quite a few gutpunches on me and then he a applied an ab scissors and I had to tap before I puked.

I heavily prefer taking punches on an empty stomach. Feeling sick and puking during a session is pretty rough and gross in my opinion. Also, let’s be honest…would you rather punch my stomach or my lunch lol!

Depends on what you mean by "better." If you want it to hurt more, and end quicker with puke all over the place than eat first 👍
I know I can take a lot more on an empty stomach.

If you can help it. I got my gut worked over pretty good after lunch in middle school once and ended up regretting it 🤢
