For the first time in this long and painful process I started to have changes, after several years where I let myself be carried away by insecurities and fear, I started again and we are on the right path. There is still a long way to go but at least I think I am on the right path.
Even in the past I was on this site but I felt very insecure to continue but now I am a little more confident.

Lots of cardio, which I hate because it's so tedious. But it's a good way to burn calories you normally wouldn't.
Also, add at least one stability exercise to your daily routine:
–Plank
–Side Plank
–Mountain Climber
–Bird Dog
