1. The REQUIRED general reservation / participation fee is $23.18. This covers access to 2 private hotel rooms for matches and attendance at all other meals and social events as well as access to all communication and files (we are not hosting files on the event page but rather in a shared Google folder).

2. The OPTIONAL add-on fee of $75 relates to a big hotel stay discount we are offering only to Vegas visitors (locals can take these slots if there are still open slots left on Nov. 9) to stay in the rooms overnight with us instead of having to get their own rooms. There are 8 slots for SHARED rooms with other fighters and an event host. So hurry and reserve a room spot while supplies last! Also please note, the Tuscany is already sold out.
The $75 fee for the room would bring the total combined registration cost to $105.06 on the eventbrite.com registration page with applicable taxes included.

3. The only other OPTIONAL fee not collected on eventbrite.com is for our expert match filming service (check out our existing video channel on Watchfighters here:
https://www.watchfighters.com/channels/AgentPoseidon)
Filming can and should be requested to memorialize your fights and would either be $30 or a split of 40/60% of Watchfighters profits depending on the filming package you request. If you are not wanting your matches filmed, this fee does NOT apply. Please contact AgentPoseidon for more details.

PURPOSE / INTENT OF THE EVENT:

This is a private group event dedicated to providing a place and time for male members of meetfighers.com who live in or enjoy traveling to Las Vegas to meet and fight with other guys who share the same fight style interests. We provide an interest form to help guys find other participants who would like to fight in the same ways before the matches. Fighters will declare the fight style / mode at the start of their matches during the open mat times.
There will be one room dedicated to filmed matches and the other where matches are not filmed.

No matter how you like to fight, be it boxing, grappling or wrestling, you'll have your chance to fight with your new Vegas fight tribe the way you want to (wrestling / boxing / nude / gear / etc.) during our weekend event.

Beyond the roll / fight experiences, we wanted to enhance the social opportunities to form and maintain new fight friendships. We are excited to also provide a pool / jacuzzi mixer, shared (dutch) meals, a presentation of AgentPoseidon's poetry and videos and a special erotic wrestling event.

Depending on interest and resources after the event we will consider making it a regular event, with the intervals (annual / quarterly) to be determined in the future.

We want to thank all the participants and volunteers for “bringing it” with all of their skills, patience and cooperation to our first event! It means a lot to us. Thank you.

2. Also, You are NOT a confirmed participant in the event simply by hitting the "Join" button here on this page. You must have registration paid on eventbrite.com and required release forms signed, submitted and received by us before you are added to our master confirmed participant list.

3. We need to emphasize this is a PRIVATE event, and this is not being advertised at or with the Tuscany. Please DO NOT ask Tuscany hotel staff about the event. We will also be enforcing noise restrictions in the rooms so we do not bother other non-event hotel guests. Please refer all further event questions to AgentPoseidon either in the event chat room #VegasRumbleUp or text him at 702-830-2758 with your Meetfighters.com username and questions and he will respond promptly.

Saturday 2-5pm: 2nd set of matches.
Saturday 7-9pm: Event Dinner at Pub 365 (at the Tuscany).
Saturday 9-10pm: Special Event: Films and Poetry of Agent Poseidon. Room 1
Saturday 10pm-Midnight: Special Event: Nude Erotic Wrestling Event Room 1.
Saturday Midnight: Lights out for shared room guests.
Sunday 8-10am: 3rd set of matches.
Sunday 10am: Mat break down / check out.
Sunday Noon: Final meal / celebration at Middle Child steakhouse.
